So what would be the advice - go external rad?
Edit: MO-RA3 etc would be scary with kids around...

Win7 | i7-3930K | 64GB | Titan Black + 780 6GB | Building CaseLabs TH10A 4GPU rig...
Mora 9x120 or 9x140mm is nota big problem:
First You can mount it on the side of Your box,
Second You can use special fan grills that cover all the fans,
..so technically Mora looks like a nice option to convert any rig into watercooled machine =)

Somehow I'm not convinced about MO-RA3 anymore. Is it hard to attache it permanently? any guides? I see that some cases are bending when connected to it:

and this is what i see now while thinking about it (in terms of how unsafe it can be):

On the other hand, i think i found something interesting: LDcooling - LD PC-V8 ATX for 488,00 €. Europe based.
http://www.ldcooling.com/shop/atx-hptx/ ... black.html
It can house 3x480 rads:

or 3x SR1-560

After doing research for the past few days i start to understand why you guys are so much into it. But i'm getting nowhere near finishing this build.
Oh, what's the minimal distance for fans ? my desk is 714mm and the LD PC-V8 is 720mm in height, but i can always extend it a bit.
EDIT: can extend the desk to 750mm so it should be fine. Price wise it's 490 € with shipping. 8-15 days for delivery. Some import duties and deductible tax. Thoughts?

Moving forward. I made some choices and have more knowledge about WC in general. I'm writing here my line of thinking, since nothing exists in vacuum and there will be people considering similar options. C&C welcome.
Case: CaseLabs TH10A
It's very expensive in Europe. The thing is: it's the most future proof design and the simplest solution to put WC. Even putting HPTX is no problem. Overall, big pill to swallow, but investment like any other. Ordered August 3rd, so expected mid September.
Rads: Alphacool UT60 480 x4
Not very expensive and good allrounders. I could fit Monstas etc but see little point in doing so.
Fans: BLACKNOISE NB-BlackSilent Pro PL-2, 120mm X21 in total (16x in rads)
I came to the conclusion, that it's more about sound profile than actual dBA measurements. Since i will not bother with auditioning bunch of fans, this seems like the best option.
Fan configuration to keep positive pressure:

Pump and Res:
EK-RES X3 250
EK-UNI Holder D5 V3
EK-XTOP D5 PWM - Acetal (incl. pump)
Here i have my doubts. In general, one D5 pump should handle the loop no problem. But it would make sense to make some redundancy here. One option would be to go with another pump and attache it next to this one. Or, look for Bitspower D5/MCP655 Dual Top BP-2D5TOPAC-BK and go with that. There is no easy way to fix it here and it's hard to find in stock, but apparently highflow.nl has one. EK moved out of dual D5 fittings for some reason.
Preliminary loop design:

For blocks, I will go EK route. Connecting EK-FC Terminal TRIPLE Parallel with the Titan block will be a bit of hassle and few extenders. Any thoughts here? Need drain plug somewhere and maybe quick disconnects in the design?
Here's the rest bits and pieces:
TUBE: PrimoChill PrimoFlex™ Advanced LRT™ 15,9 / 9,5mm - Crystal Clear (PFLEXA-58) = 4m
PSU: SUPER FLOWER Leadex Titanium, 1600 Watts (SF-1600F14HT black)
pwm splitters x5 from mod my toys
Control: aquaero 6 XT
Coolant: Alphacool Ultra Pure Water canister 5000ml + Mayhems Biocide 10ml (can't find Mayhems Ultra Pure H20 localy)
Some in-line sensors, proper pair of tubing cutter, quick disconnects, and...
Fittings... how many? EK fittings? Compression fittings for sure. This could be problem down the road as for the local shop providing those, it states: Expected delivery time: approx. 9-11 days, so it's the same as ordering from Slovenia.

1. Get 2x D5. One is not enough. It's a pity EK discontinued their dual top.
2. Loop: res -> rad low back -> rad low front -> gpus -> cpu > rad top front -> rad top back -> top of res (or something similar, just try to go back to res from its top - it's important for air bleed from a loop)

Thank you!
One question: is it possible to rotate EK-FC Terminal TRIPLE Parallel by 180 degrees and feed it from the bottom? rad -> triple -> titan -> cpu -> rad ? or do i have to rotate the whole motherboard tray?

Yes - you can rotate the bridge/terminal but make sure to set its inlet/outlet ports on the opposite side of 4th gpu. Look at my photo.

@Smicha,
Is that triple block serial or parallel?
Would not be that much difference, would it?

Parallel and difference is huge or big
If you want to maintain similar temps across gpus always go with parallel.
