strange light intensity issue

i have a showcase, lit by four ies-lights
When i am changing the power of the Big Octane Light above , the intesity of the ies lights behaves i a strange way.
when the power is 1000, the ies lights seem to disappear, when power is 0 they appear very bright. (ies intensity is unchanged!)
Can anyone explain that phenomenon?

take a look at your light samples.
