When I look up a location and get the Lat and Long I'm not getting what I think the correct result should be....I'm sure I'm doing something wrong.

How would you enter: 36.1314° N, 95.9372° W into the dialog we have and get the expected result for Tulsa Oklahoma.

I think that you should put Longitude: -95.93 and Latitude: 36.13 ... but to be honest, I have never checked how this node works related to a real sites.

Yea it seems I tried adding a - to each of the options individually and then combied and nothing seemed correct. I'll play a bit more. Is it possible the node is not functioning properly?

I am not sure, I am testing it with my home Lat and Long and it seems to work fine, but I am going to check also how it works in the Standalone.

Yes, a test scene in Standalone has the same behavior, and the Lat Long parameters are translated in the map to the correct place, so I think that the LW node is working fine.

I agree I think it working correctly. I needed to add the GMT offset for the region.
Good place to find some great info related to all this is http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/usa/tulsa

It is now working perfectly as expected...sunrise at 6:28 this morning on July 28th! Thanks for double checking with me.

And for any others running into this http://www.latlong.net/ will give you the correct Lat/Long as some seem to need to add a mins(-) to the Long number...not sure why.
