Cannot Activate License

I have tried with no luck - to login to my downloads to activate Octane on another machine.

The login screen will not recognize my login and password - when I request a new password nothing shows-up in my email. Several requests have been sent so far.

Hi, the sign in password is the same as the forum password, different to your activation password.
You could also deactivate license in Octane standalone or your 3D application and activate on another system.
You have to wait 30-60 minutes to reactivate.

Thanks Mib - I tried over and over with my login and password with no luck, however I can login to the forums.

When I enter my email address for password reset - I don't get anything in my email.

have you check the Spam folder? Maybe the answer are already there.
Anyway I have signaled your issue to the customer desk. let's see if we can figure out what happened

Great - thanks Ciao, that was a good idea, but nothing showed-up there either.

I'll try another email address and see if I can get something in the meantime.
