So in theory you have enough RAM to render the scene. Are you using a lot of render passes perhaps?, or any really big texture of more than 4k? ... it is really hard to know the source of the problem without the scene. You are going to need to disable things in the scene to know what is the source of the problem. I can see that you have objects with displacement, please disable them to know if displacement could be the problem.
