I am not sure why Octane reports 0 Used memory. You have a lot of objects and a lot of textures, but all should work fine if it fits in the GPU memory.
Can you please render with F9 and make a screengrab of the preview window info zone while rendering to know the memory reports while rendering? ... I think that this scene is near to run out of memory with 6GB, but I don't know why it renders with only one GPU.
Can you also tell me the configuration of the out-of-memory textures that you have in the plugin options panel?

the problem with f9 is also that the first render goes well but if i stop render and start a new render session system ram usage increases since system is crashing
