Yeah. i gues you did your math well :D
If I am correct the 980Ti does have +25% renderperformance over 780Ti,
And the 980 also has more vram (assuming you have 3gb, not 6gb 780's)
But as long as you are 'safe' with 3gb the 780Ti are very good value for money.
I have triple 780Ti my self, but as speaking I am renering project over 3gb without the 780Ti's

Nice list of parts - for that price & ~400points in terms of OctaneBench is a nice deal,
but I guess You'll have some issues with heat if those all are non reference coolers =)

That's an excellent deal that he's made. I recall seeing that each of those Leadteks GTX 780 Tis have very high single precision floating point peak performance measures ("SPFPP") [~5,795] [ http://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/b2735/ ... e-fan.html ]. Excluding the Titan Zs, that's higher than what is now the GTX 980 Ti (SPFPP = ~5,630) and is the closest to the GTX Titan X (SPFPP =~6,144). The regular GTX 780 Tis have a SPFPP of ~5,046 [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_N ... 700_Series ]. So that's an excellent deal because he now has the single precision performance in his system, as whole [ >5,046 + >5,046 + 5,795 + 5,795= 21,682], of over 3.5 GTX Titan Xs [ 21,682 / 6,144 = 3.52897135416667] (in four GPUs) for a very good price. Thus, I say to Dhamoeba , "Congratulations, excellent shopping. Now post some benchmarks." I'm quessing over 450 pts. But with proper tweaking/cooling over 500 pts.
Because I have 180+ GPU processers in 16 tweaked/multiOS systems - Character limit prevents detailed stats.
