I am working with a human model inside C4D (model is Victoria 6 exported into c4d from Daz) that is composed of a handful of materials and a bunch of selection tags. The texture maps are divided into specific regions....Torso texture is applied to a material that has a selection tag assigned to polygons of torso; Arms texture is applied to a material that has a selection tag assigned to polygons of arms, etc.
My problem is when I emulate SSS on these materials, using the Medium channel with Scattering medium....I get issues with the seams (between Torso, Face, Limbs, etc). The settings for all the materials are identical, and I have no issues with seams when textures are used as a diffuse....it is only when trying to emulate SSS.
I've attached a screenshot of what I'm talking about.
Thanks!

hi,
in my experiments with DAZ I don't have seen this kind of issue so it should work also with c4d
if you have some time, I will investigate the issue in the next days
