Need Your Help! Navigated to a wrong product while purchase

Dear All,

Can you please advice what are my options in that case? I were hunting for the Octane Render plug in for my Cinema 4D and picked a wrong 3DMax option while purchase. As a result I have a 3Dmax plug in available for the download. I need to change this to the Cinema 4D plug-in. Is this possible with ATOY autorities?

I have also submitted a request on Technical Support page and sent them a mail but no answer, maybe due to a weekend....

I'm in deep trouble for this one since a tight schedule for the project....

what??? now the otoy team can switch a plugin to another?? Years ago I want to buy a c4d license but I purchased a maya license by mistake, but when I asking the support team(yeah right after I buy the maya license),they just told me I need to buy c4d again,and I can't switch my maya license to c4d like forever... so my maya license is eating dirt so many years....but now? just a simple post and u guys can help others switch license but telling me I can't??? what the hell..... I need an answer of the otoy support team....I

Licenses cannot be 'transferred'.
If an error has been made in purchase, you must contact the support team asap and let them know the problem.
The important thing is not to activate the purchased license.
