Thank you all .
I need to address an issue about the script that I found out lately.
If you change the HDRI environment manually. Say:
- Change the Translation of the HDRI ( rotate the hdri by hand)
- Change the HDRI image manually.
If the script is running already. It cannot update the hdri rotation. To solve that issue
Please close and reopen the script. Currently the script initialises and refreshes the values at script opening.
I will either put an update button there.
Or will find a way to read the changes in hdri interactively.
But I guess there are some integration problems with the max plugin vs. maxscript.
Please bear these in mind.

updated v3.2 of my script
With this version you can create a target IES light with a single click.
Due to limitations with the maxscript connectivity. To enable the target option with the ies light,
An initial IES light file has to be loaded to make it work.
So I supplied a basic ies light that I use often. 08.ies
You'll have to copy that to your root folder of C drive.
Secondly, now you can create a Octane Camera from the current viewport perspective with a single click.
Download from the first post
Enjoy!

Those hdri are free I found on net. I use different hdri for my own work. The hdris I included are downscaled versions of it.
You can updade the supplied hdri's and material library to use it with your own textures

Mate there are tons of free hires hdri's on the net.Goldisart wrote:good HDRI but I would like to get Hdri maps script
Search and you'll find. It is not a good thing to share that aren't mine.
So I scaled them all down and blurred them. They are a bit not useable I know.
But I had to put those just to make you guys understand how it works.
Think of them as a placeholder.
The script lets you change all of the HDRis with your own most used hdri's. They are not hard coded.
Change the matlib I supplied with your own hires HDRi's.
The names of the hdri's comes from material library.
You can also add more and more hdris a well.
