Suddenly one of my projects started rendering weird lines everywhere.
This happened during work, I've not changed any setting in octane. PMC mode renders clean, the other two is as the sample image I linked.

Whenever I save the project, the "ray epsilon" value goes to 0.000001. Only for this project file.

what is important to know is that the dirty effect is related to the scale of your model.
Is quite crucial to work with real world units with unbiased render engine otherwise the light and the camera are not correct, unless you want this intentionally.
It's also important to not have the model too far away from the origin, anyway if the dirty effect came out, you can always play, as you already know, with the rey epsilon value
