Dealing with hotpixel?

What's the best way to deal with hotpixels when there are a lot of reflective materials and a lot of dof?
No matter what I tried, renders have them. Most of the frame is crystal clear in ~4 minutes but the highlights (+dof) causes fireflies, that do not go away if render time is not cracked up to 30ish minutes.
"Hotpixel removal" seems to destroy the look of the highlights (very noisy)

I'd say bumping the resolution, playing with hotpixel & filter size pluss, add clamping.. - I'd say it's possible to get rig of FFs this way, but every case is different =)..

Try dropping GI Clamp (try 10). And experiment with adding some caustic_blur.
