Hi,
This is the first public beta release of the OctaneRender™ 2.2 for Houdini™ plugin. This 2.23.2.3 build is available for all the Houdini 14.0 current production releases in Windows x64 and Linux gcc4.8
Note: Currently in Linux you need to put the files inside the "bin" folder (liboctane.so and octane.dat) in the /lib folder of your system, or configure the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable to point to the plugin "bin" folder (for example in the shell, "export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=:/path/to/octane/bin")

Thank you for your incredible in depth work making this plugin happen! Just got it up and running yesterday on my Houdini FX machine. I love the way you cleverly integrated it into the shelf. This is a game changer!

At some point along the open beta I want to release the OSX version. Currently I am not sure how many people is going to work with Octane in Mac, because near all Macs have only Intel or ATI GPUs, but anyway Octane and Houdini could be used working with expansion boxes, hackintosh or later with Octane 3 and OpenCL support.

After instal Houdini say me - problem with Fuse_color...ui.

Can you please tell me more details about your problem? ... there isn't nothing called Fuse_color in the plugin. I think that can be a problem with the houdini.env file, perhaps a mistake in the environment variables.
