I want to make a lcd tv with an image of the world war on it (display), how can I do this?
Right now the photo is all sretched out, not readable.

You can't as there is no support for mesh emitters yet.
This is under development for the next beta 2.3.
It also sounds your image UV map is'nt right.
make sure you have a propper UV mapped object for your texture, you do this in your host 3d app.
