Can Light affect specific objects?

eg

I have a light, two objects and floor

I want light to affect only objects (exclude floor)

And Left one is affected "Light reflection" only .

Can i do this?



And. I want use two sky?
One sky affects only left obj.
Other Sky affects only right obj.

Unfortunately the include/exclude feature of cinema can't be accessed by 3rd party plugins.
