When you first setup your plugin first tell it to render 1 frame. This will create the octane file and the obj and mtl files. Once octane opens set it up with the clay settings. Save it and let it render. Once it is done go back to the modeling app with the plugin and tell it to animate. Should start rendering each frame with the clay settings now.
System 1: EVGA gtx470 1280Mb and MSI gtx470 1280 in Cubix Xpander for Octane, AMD 945, 4Gb Ram
All systems are at stock speeds and settings.

Yes, that should work: In the exporter set the project name to something like myproject_clay and make sure that there isn't already a myproject_clay.ocs file. If you then hit "Render" a new myproject_clay.ocs will be created by Octane and you then just follow havensole's instructions.havensole wrote:When you first setup your plugin first tell it to render 1 frame.
