Tribute to face_off...

Paul has recently overtaken Radiance (who originally conceived Octane), as the one with the highest post count on these forums (http://render.otoy.com/forum/memberlist ... memberlist).

If he was a troll with a lot of insignificant / superfluous / shooting the breeze type comments, this would be necessarily mean something. But he's not.

With the exception of SketchUp currently, I think Otoy's plugin developers strategy seems to work well for the most part. Paul develops and supports - most excellently - Octane plugins for Poser, ArchiCAD, Revit, Inventor, AutoCAD, Rhino, Modo. And from next week also Nuke... That's EIGHT.

To Paul: Thanks man, you're doing an OUTSTANDING job!!

To Otoy: Let's hope Paul does not catch a cold...

Yes there are some brilliant and helpful minds in the forum who are creating the solid foundation of octane and the plugins by participating with the users and providing constant updates. Paul, aoktar and abstrax for example (to name a few)...
