Octane 3 - Grace Periode ?

Is there planed a Grace Periode in witch time a buy of Octane 2 automatically include a free update to Octane 3?
When I buy Octane 2 next Week, will I get free Update to 3?

I am curious about the that the open alpha have changed to select users. I was hoping to test things for our new project over summer, but not sure I will get selected.
