Don't know if this would be a good Metaverse entry... still wrapping my head around what needs to be in a 360 view instead of one camera angle.

Thanks mate.
I just got to figure out the steps.
I set up the resolution and pano camera etc and get that narrow window that matches the res of the files that have been submitted.
I think I am doing something wrong with the focal length of the camera or scale etc... I can never get my scene into the viewport.
I know its user error .... but cant seem to figure my way through the settings.
I am in maya... I tried the standalone and bringing in the obj exported from Maya and still I cannot seem to get my file in the res window.
Is there a sample stand-alone scene (packaged) somewhere that I can see so I can mimic etc.
I've read the Maya posts and they do not seem to talk about anything but basic set up of camera and res gate.
I'm sure you have already gone over this a million times... sorry... appreciate the encouragement and any help you can give
