I downloaded the demo to try it out, worked perfectly.
Then I purchased the full version, but now C4D will not launch. It will crash when it says "initializing plugins".
C4D launches normally when I remove the "c4dOctane-r16.cdl64", but Octane does not show up in the plugins panel.
Help would be appreciated.
Octane wont let C4D launch

Nope, I removed the previous version and just have the R16 version in there. I am running R16.aoktar wrote:Do you have c4dOctane-r15.cdl64, c4dOctane-r14.cdl64, .... also in same folder? What's your C4D version number?
i mean sub numbers of version like 16.037, 16.050. You may need to upgrade to 16.050. Also you posted to wrong section your issue. That's not a bug.Thunder_Vision wrote:Nope, I removed the previous version and just have the R16 version in there. But I have 16.050 installed.
Ok. So there is something which can cause a conflict. Can you try without any other plugins? Also try to post a crash report or log output to understand what happens.
