I would try with another background or a different lighting, right now there's a very poor contrast between the white skin and the white background in some parts

Poser/DAZ characters always look better in render engines other than their own. Octane should be the alternate render engine for everyone in the Poser/DAZ universe. Radiance would then be able to really have funds for expansion!! But he'd also have to set aside some for support because of all the stupid questions he'd get.
