if noise is not a problem (think You get quite a lot of it from Your GPUs) get pair of front fans + bottom one (You can leave top & back without fans) something like Noctua Industrial would be good idea to look for. These are hands down an overkill with all their protection, but the reason behind recomending them is that You can calm those down if You wish. At max (2000 or 3000RPM) they will generate a lot of noise but also airflow.. - this move with 3x fans to suck air in should drop Your temps few degrees at least (or raise render speed a bit).
Also You can take a look into getting Milled vented panel for Your corsair case (it's lit less restrictive, providing better aiflow) - Not so good investment as those fans, but it might help too if You have weaker fans =)

Glimpse advices are great but don't expect that even with great fans you'll reduce your temps more than 5-7C. But surely you'll do.
What seems to be of great importance is an opened case. 750D is too small for well ventilated 4 gpus (I had two of them). 900D is a much better choice. There are plenty of users on the forum that reported similar heat problems.
If you want to reduce temps to about 35-45C and have gpus silent go with water.

agree with Smicha here..- even with huricane You'll not drop temps too much, especially if Your cards start to OC automatically..
However if You're running at 90C even few degrees migh give You reasuring that system will not start melting =).. with good airflow You can reach ~80C, but You'll have to drop insane amound of airflow (as mentioned 2000-3000RPM fans is only option). or..
..go watercooling & You'll have 40-50C =) + some extra performance - You can use less rad space & tune fans for higher speed or maximise space & drop them down to 1000RPM..-it's Your choise in the end..
Without upgrading You case You would be looking at externall cooling solutions - expect to drop 1-1.5k for those if You want to get silent run =) it's well worth if You have 4cards..onsidering the fact You'll get even more performance for this investment too =)
