Default startup page change???

Hello,

I've recently done something and accidentally saved my default page when I was doing some testing with my standalone version 2.23 (windows 8.1 64, 32mb ram, 2x780ti, 1x760(monitors).

Now whenever i bring in some obj from rhino or modo, the object seems really blurred and either far from center or nowhere to be found (easily). The recenter view doesn't really do anything.

I also feel my camera setting are out of whack. What is the normal default that they should be at? Just seem to having trouble setting it up visually in my window display and not exactly sure of the correct settings as a base to start from.
