error message on demo install

after install of the demo:

"Octane.exe - Entry Point Not Found

X The procure entry point cuMemHostRegister_v2 could not be located in the dynamic link library nvcuda.dll. "

any ideas how to fix and get the demo running?

I was able to fix this issue by installing the latest driver for my video card.

installing the latest video card dont solve the problem.
i deinstall and install also octane.

any ideas how i can solve the problem???

I am also having issues running the program after install. I get "can't find executable file." I also can't find the icon in sketchup.

It sure would be nice if someone answered the posts as I'm not the only one with this issue. I would actually buy the product if it's good enough, especially since it looks so promising.

I finally had success after uninstalling it and reinstalling it as admin with the file posted by "fuzzy". I honestly can't remember what I finally did different that made it work because it was more than a week ago.

I'll update this post with the updated link but from what I could tell it was the same file as the demo on the site.

I only had success by installing both programs to their default locations. Doing otherwise resulted in errors.
