@ radiance & jmfowler, thanks a lot guys
@ rock1ng, this projects is client-less, so no chance of building it as is, althou as always in architecture, anything you do adds up and parts of it (I hope the better parts ;) ) will turn out in my next projects in one way or another.

PS @ radiance, take it easy and get well, there is no worse boss than your own, don let him bully you into working when you should be resting

well, I think this will be the last update, the next images will go to the still contest post, I think I got all I wanted in, I've remodeled "myself", althou it looks better, my girl says I look nothing like it (hey if I model myself I'm entitled to take off my love handles, right? ;) ) I added some ivy cause I love to play with the ivy generator http://graphics.uni-konstanz.de/~luft/ivy_generator/ and see how they grow thru my building, tweaked some textures, and changed the HDRI to another one of the same page allthou this time a sunset one.
I need to do something about the ivy branches, and tweak my hand made ivy translucency textures, they look ok but not good yet, also lower some normals, cause they are giving too much fireflies, and I get too much noise, althou I don't know how to get rid of them.
Also, I just got a new and noisy 470, otherwise it wouldn't have been posible.
No retouching, just resized to half with bicubic.
I haven't had much (any) time lately, so yesterday I took some time off to make those changes I wanted and this week while I sleep I'll put the "sound machine" to work, hehehe.
Thanks to all for your kind words, and your suggestions.
PS: finally I got the -g switch to work on my batch file, I was trying to make it work with no object mesh, and it didn't change jack,

Looks very nice

My only comment is that the leaves and the water don't look proportional to the rest of the scene the ripples and leaves would be much smaller.

Keep up the good work

I agree (with mantra)... kubo you know I love this project so I won't waste your time with nice words I already said.
the weak points here are water (not an easy task, btw) and the guy (he's screaming "hey, this is CG", If you need it as a scale reference I would prefer a plain 2D billboard or some standard motion-blurred-post-image if it was my project, or nothing at all)
just my 2c because I feel you're one footstep to perfection ;)

Development of this concept to image has been great and you seem to really know how you want this too look and feel.

Some small crits:
Ivy branches look quite low res (sharp angles not smooth) and very pale.
Water looks too calm to be the base of a waterfall that big.
Waterfall has holes in and looks like water geometry intersects the walls
Wall behind/around the waterfall should look wet/splashed.
The Scale of the man looks off to me?

He looks too big to sit in the chairs behind him and too tall to get out of the door?

With the water being such a large feature of the scene you should try a high res fluid sim with splashes etc if possible, or perhaps just have calm water at the base with no waterfall like in your initial shots in this thread. Flowing water is nice, but a waterfall might be a bit loud for a temple, no?

thanks, thanks for the time and the suggestions, in general I'm afraid I must agree with all of you ;)
@ Mantra, short but eloquent, true it looks more like ice than water, It's one thing it's been bothering me from start. I wanted to use particles, but in order for them to look good I need motion blur, otherwise they look like they were taken at extremely fast aperture time and it doesn't work with the scene, plus it takes lots of polys, so I went for the hand made approach.
@scandog72 well, the leaves I like them big, but just because they fill faster the scene with a lower polycount, but the ripples are about to flood the yard, lol.
@SurfingAlien thanks mate, I know, and I agree the "litte me" it's not up to the task, and yet, I'm in love with sculptris, it might be that it has nothing to do with my profesional work, so it's just all fun with it, so one of the things I wanted to do it was to model a figure to use in my models, I usually use commercial ones, and mine it's not there yet, high polycount and not realistic enough (althou there has been a lot of improvement from my first try, in the previous to last image), so even I do know I should kill him, , I can't get myself to do that to me (aye it sounded weird again), also I don't want any post-proccess in this project (just the firefly smashing technics).
@Odeas, all of it it's true, and I have solved some and I'm looking at the rest, the only but is the guy's scale, hehehe, the thing is he's 190cm atm, which is off if it was really me, I'm used to some small tricks or mannerisms in real live arch to make my spaces look bigger, and I'm afraid I take them with me whenever I project even if I notice it or not. That along with a too wide lens makes him look like a giant, and kind of weird so I've lowered his scale to mine  and now it looks better, hehehe.
Thanks again guys, not much time up ahead, so I'll see what I can add to make it in time. Besides I know it's going to be a tough competition, judging from what I've seen around, so it's not so much about winning as being pleased with myself and having fun (that last part has already been fullfiled)
