Hi forum!

Just started seriously with octane about 2 weeks ago and I must say I really do love this piece of software. Have played with v1.x a little before but not very seriously. I also just got the hang of making my own 360x180° HDRI maps and I felt that the natural test of this would be to try and camera match a car.

Hdri shot exactly where I placed the car to get all reflections as accurate as possible, using Canon 6D, Sigma 8mm lens and a home made tripod head.

Rendered with latest Octane 2.23 in 5472x3648px (size of the original photograph) which took between 5-10 minutes each on 2x GTX 780 3gb

More of my stuff on http://www.JohannesL.se. Not much Octane stuff yet but it will definately grow :)

Have a great day!

Octane team are of course free to use theese images in their gallery or website if they want to.
