The 719 error appears to generally be an Nvidia driver issue. What Nvidia driver version are you using? It is worth updating to see if it corrects the issue.

Using GTX 980 with latest driver.

I updated yesterday, but still the same issue.

EDIT: It's a long-shot, but it looks like Revit is in a non-perspective view. Do you get the error viewing a perspective camera?

Its a camera pulled out with perspective correction.
