Not sure how to ask this: but here goes.
I recently got the 2.? upgrade.
and now when i render, i get a slight hint of the wire mesh showing through on most of my materials/objects.
*see here on her socks and Buttocks *
especially Skin. Since i mostly render Female Warriors, it's every render...
I just don't know where to go, or what to look at to correct it.
Has this ever happened to anyone else:
if so: or if you have a suggestion can you share with me...
here is an example. I hope i explained it well enough...
I'm sure it's something simple, but i just don't know where to start looking.
thank you!

What type of smoothing do you use?
If it is Poser smoothing (Smoothing angle at 0 in the plugin setup), it is most likely that you have smoothing turned off for that material (socks)
If it is set to an angle, you use Octane smoothing. In that case check the smoothing on the material. If it is on and you have artifacts on the skin, you should either use Poser smoothing, or you can try to set the figure to unimesh in Poser, that often helps

Configuration: Windows 11 Pro, I9 12900K, 128GB, RTX 3090, P12 b1029
I think you have smoothing turned OFF on the socks and legs materials. Turn it ON for those materials and it should render correctly. Make sure you Smoothing Default is ON and Smoothing Angle is 0 in the Configuration settings.

thank you FaceOff & wimvdb.
so Sorry for the delay. I am a programmer by trade, and I've been slammed, every time i get a few minutes to Create something, I get the Same problem, and just put it aside.
but i'm not sure where you get to smoothing. I see in Octane Smooth either enabled or not. either way i check it, not different.
it's on all materials. some show more than other, but it's there. it really has me frustrated, and left with nothing to try.
could you possible pass a screen shot of where this Smoothing Parameters are?
I"m at a loss, and i really miss being able to create my Women...
thank you again for your efforts...
