A mysterious, and humble African abode. I rendered this setting for my animated TV series entitled, "The Adventures of Nkoza & Nankya" ~ http://www.nkozaandnankya.com/episode-1-nkoza-nankya/ ~ The setting is in East Africa.

Here are some renders showing the construction process of the scene, modeled in Maya ~ the final scene was rendered in Maya with the Octane Plugin

Good work.

Those WIP renders IMHO show off your scene better, with more realistic lighting. It appears to be day outside, so the interior light seems stronger than it should be with a door open? I would try a version with sunlight coming into the room through the windows or even thatches in the roof.

I would also work on materials and reflections to show off GI and raytracing better. I would also make sure not to oversaturate or clamp the lighting (e.g. on the table). In VR, you are not watching film with tone mapping, you are looking at what the eye sees.

You can submit as many entries as you want to so if any of these ideas are interesting, please feel free to post another version, either in the content or in the WIP gallery.
