Even earlier we where promised a road map, and we got that (simple but it is there) and I also asked at that time to make sure that there was a time plan together with the road map, but that have not been done.

It is very easy to promise something when no time frame is give................
For all my commercial requests I am always asked when I can finish the job, and if i am late it is very bad. And right now the plugin is slowing me down as I need to restart much more often....

Yeah, c'mon Fuzzy! It's starting to look like a bad Kickstarter campaign... What happened to your enthusiastic plans of earlier in the year? An update would really help...

Hello all...

Yes this is not going very well...this last update was too big and to many bugs are making it unusable.

Working with a older version might help but its not a solution...Otoy need to give us some feedback.

I have Blender plugin too...and all is going very well there.
Updated and free of bugs.

Blender is free, Sketchup isnt.
Some people bought SU so they could use Octane plugin...

We probably need to make a statment in general forum so they give us Fuzzy until the plugin is working 100%.....

I have now posted our frustration and problems 5 to 6 different places here on this forum,,,,,,NO REPLY FROM OTOY ???
I have also submitted emails trough the OTOY website to both the "support team" and the "technical / product support",,,,,, NO REPLY ???

I am starting to loos confidence in your company's ability to serve your costumers after sale and also in the quality of your work on the plugin for Sketchup.
OTOY what do you want me to do to get you'r attention ?????
Atleast you can answer our post's and questions!!!!!!
