Fireflyes with and without hdri image

Hi guys, i' m getting fireflyes with pmc and pathtracing modes with or without hdri's as emitters, octane version: 2.23.1 rc3, help?

hotpixel is always activated as well as premultiplyed alpha in the rendering settings and in the camera imager as well, all active
