HDRI Environment: brightness separately from power setable ?

Hi there,

am I right that HDRIs can't be set e.g. to more brightness without them getting more power? I tried power of the tag itself (1. level) as well as settings of the loaded HDRImage, means power and gamma, but every setting seams to control light power in the scene also. Wich makes it impossible to balance it with a Daylight.
Any workarounds or do I overlook smth.?

I tried it again, but changing the imapge power raises or lowers the scene lighting also, not only the HDRI background image itself.
I want to change the background brightness only. Is there a way for it?
