Hello there!
It's something that has been pointed out already but I couldn't find any solution in the forum.
I'm having a long animation (a fetus development) done entirely with morphs. For some reason (even with live geometry update and reload at each frame) I can't get the morphs to refresh, only the first frame I'm on is loaded and then the mesh keeps It's current state all along the anim.
Any suggestion ?
Thank you!
deformations / morphs not loading into Octane

Hi Marc - I'm not aware of any issues in this area - but it sounds like you have tried to 2 obvious things.
If you go to frame 100 and then open the Viewport, is the mesh rendered in the Viewport in it's morphed state at frame 100 or in it's frame 0 state?
If you "octane.command exportAlembic" and render in Octane Standalone do the correct morphs get applied along the timeline?
You could also try tick "Load Cage" and then subd in Octane. (It's a long shot, but worth a try).
If none of the above help, would it be possible to send me the scene? I would just the mesh in question. Perhaps there is something about the settings for the Mesh Item that is preventing the final morph position of the vertices to be available via the Modo API.
Thanks
Paul
