Hi Ahmet,
I seem to have no real time feedback when using my 3d connexion space navigator.
Interactivity seems like a gamble if this works which ever version gets updated.
Not the end of the world but thought I would just point it out.
regards

Mine works, but it doesn't update realtime in the LV like it did before.Elprezzy wrote:Hi Ahmet,

I have same problem with my 3D Space navigator, no real time feedback.

Hey Aoktar,
I noticed that the highlight compression slider values are wrong. It should be 0-1 and not 0.1-32.

I don't have a device to try it. I think that's working wrong?Elprezzy wrote:Hi Ahmet,

Hey Ahmet,
don't know if you saw our last post, but if we render an animation with render layer mask enabled, the first frame rendered is correct gamma, but every frame afterwards renders darker. Any idea? Also when we render the animation with network render enabled the first frame has weird image corruption. I think i read that in some other posts before, so not sure if that is network or layer mask dependent. We will try to render without network render and see if that makes a difference.
Thanks

Can you give me a sample to check? I say that gamma problem. This network corruption can be not fixed for last version. Can you show me image for this?Weirdpictures wrote:Hey Ahmet,

sure, here are first and second frame from a render we just started.
After some more tests it looks like that the image corruption is based on the network render, but the gamma shift from the first frame to the second seems to be unrelated to the network render and appear the same if we render locally.
Thanks

Ok. Gamma should be plugin issue. But other is a network problem i think as previous version. What's specs and versions of master and clients? Would be great to see a sample scene to test this gamma issue.Weirdpictures wrote:sure, here are first and second frame from a render we just started.

Btw, i'm working for mind blowing improvement for next release. I'll bring a new automatic mode for geometries. It will hopefully allow to work very responsively on huge scenes. And editing will be much faster than before while LV is rendering. Also we will no need to add object tags to see object updates in LV. Of course we will continue to use it for animation rendering.
Just a info for you guys.
