I got a new 890ti
and a new mobo
I found if the scene only uses <2GB I can also add my 760 which I keep for OrDS1.2 as that does not see the 980ti and the render speed increases
but the cool thing is it now can hold much bigger scenes on its own too
this I used the extra card to whiz through

this is a set I could not fit before on my 760 that takes about 4GB of the 980ti's 6GB
needless to say had to just use the one card
I also have an iray render which was much slower, 1 minute in at end

Very nice, good job. I would let it cook for a bit longer to reduce the grain. Also check into shader for the hair, if I recall someone had one that allowed you to layer the hair and even give appearance of frizzes.
