How do i use shadow catcher i blender? I want to add a plane to only catch the shadows.

Is this the latest blender plugin manual? Updated in 2013 http://render.otoy.com/manuals/Blender/

Think i figured it out. Found the stand alone 2.0 manual. There is no 2.0 blender manual yet?
