I'm doing a render.
I have the model of a sheet , thickness 1 mm .
I have to put 100 sheets , a top of the other .
rendering results with moiré !
how do I fix ?

Render (or crop) image on actual size to be printed (or seen on screen) with calculated dpi/resolution will help.
I.e. If moiré 8000x4000 is seen on screen shown at 2k 1920x1080 monitor it does not have the same effect when printen on large size. When cropping image to real size 1920px and your moiré is gone or at least less.
So if you render larger then needed and afterwards cropping could be tried.
Also in lots of post software you have moiré tools to reduce the effect.
