Thanks Glimpse
Maybe I am a bit stupid.
I have a fan blowing in on one end and another sucking out on the other. Teh hot air out the back is sucked out and teh one on teh front pushes cool air in.

Sure looks Mickey Mouse doesn't it.

GiddayJonas,
I got all my assistance from Jose on that thread glimpse mentioned. His wizardry with changing the system files helped getting the Mac to see the GPU's.
Once that happened the rest was really just building the rickshaw you see there.

1500W TuoghPower Thermaltake PSU (Overkill for one card... but I am going to hook up another Z and use the same PSU)
"MOB" from Atikio just took it out of the case http://www.akitio.com/accessories/thunder2-pcie-box
Powered PCI riser so I do not have to power the Atikio. These are a bit hit or miss. I had to try three to find one that worked. If anyone knows of a reliable source I'd love to see. http://www.amazon.com/PCIE-Powered-Flex ... JZAK9K2XWC

The Aluminium backplate is the top off an old BOXX Desktop that finally bit the dust with some strategically placed drill holes.

Oh yeah Zip ties... next to Duct Tape it is the best item in the world.

Pretty funky... I actually gutted an old Silver Mac Pro that I am going to put this and another Z into so my Trash bin Mac will be served by an extension box Silver Mac Pro. Will send pics when it is done. :P

Thank you guys for the answers. I'm wondering if anybody has tried to attach an external self-made rig via thunderbolt B-type connection on Windows 8.1 x64 (id it did recognize it!).

all the boxes that would allow You to use TitanBlack without any additional supply are quite a bit bigger. As typically they are designed for lower power usage cards - so if You need 300-400W PSU the unit will have 3-4 expansion slots be bit bigger that You would want =)

the solution would be to get modular SFX power supply that is way smaller & has ability to not use certain cords You don't need =) there's also smaller devices (pcb only, that don't have any shell) You can buy quite cheap to plug Your GPU, but in order to use that via Thunderbolt You need an thunderbolt to Express card adapter =) keep in mind that this solution cuts some speed too..
