I'm working on a heavy scene and Max alone eats 2gb of vram.
I already set most objects to show up as boxes and disabled texture display.
Is there some way to disable Max' viewport while rendering?

Set max display to "bounding box", save, close max, then re-open de scene.
So no meshes had been displayed and it free the memory.
I did that on low ram GPU and it saved me.
