I have encountered a similar problem, when in C4D I chose "edit in Standalone" from C4D plugin, a new folder is automatically created an named Geometry, and now with the 2.22 the folder is named Asset. If you edit more than one time the scene from C4D ,the obj files inside the folder can grow up till a several GB! for a C4D file of 30-40 MB! After few days of work my hard disk was full!
I don't know if the problem is due at the plugin or Standalone.
Saving files, textures duplicated endlessly OR 2.22

How do you expect it to behave? Every time you export the scene from C4D a new set of geometry is written, which can be a lot of data. Do you want to overwrite existing geometry files and render already existing scene files using these overwritten geometry files useless?augdalmo wrote:I have encountered a similar problem, when in C4D I chose "edit in Standalone" from C4D plugin, a new folder is automatically created an named Geometry, and now with the 2.22 the folder is named Asset.
