2xGTX980 vs New GTX Titan X

I would choose 1x Titan X:

- it takes only one pci-e slot leaving more room for expansion
- draws 2x less power
- produces less heat
- is quieter than 2x980
- has 4x more vram
- will lose less of its value with time
- it performs better at 4K resolution (latest overclock.net results)
- to water-cool it you need one waterblock and no extra sli connectors

Agree with Sebastian 100% =) personally I would (& will) do the same =)

Gonna agree with the others here fork out the extra cash for the X and get 3x more memory, less power draw, less heat, and less slots taken up. If you need more power buying another won't tax your PSU and you will have room for further expansion that will then be spanking multiple 980 setups.
