Hi Fooze,
there is only the GTX780 installed.
Yes, Vray-RT works in CUDA-Mode.

Any other Info i could provide?

I have some more information about this now and a possible solution. Check your motherboard and see if it has an onboard graphics card.
If so, check your motherboard manual for a way to turn this off or disable it. (I have just dealt with someone via the support email who had dual xeon's that had to disable the onboard VGA using a jumper on the motherboard - I'm guessing this was not you?)
