I didn't have this kind of problems with older versions.

Chris
Thanks for reporting. It is really a weird behavior. I need to make more tests.

marchermitte wrote:Ok, I did deleted all of the Kernel nodes and rebuilt It but still, same problem... only the samples go up to 35 in direct lighting / ambiant occlusion mode and up to 13 for diffuse... so It seems It's not so much the samples but the time that counts (2 seconds loop). I will send a link to the scene, It's pretty heavy do I'll host It somewhere and pm you the link.
Thank you for your time!
Yes please. I think that I have seen this behavior before some time ago, from other user reporting, but I can't remember what was the problem :(

I have a new build to test the flickering problems in the IPR. Please test it to know how it works.

The 2015 plugin has been updated to the 2015.2 LW SDK, but it should work also with 2015.1

sorry I don't speak/write English well, I meant that the time (second) takes place in real time but after a while it is made by several second in the display.
...so I think that it is normal by analyzing a little more. :)

Yes, it is normal, the time is only updated after each new image from Octane, when the plugin updates also the sampling information and so on.

Thanks, after see your scene I just remember what is the problem: you have the "Studio LIVE" enabled. In this mode the Layout is sending continuous refresh commands, and the IPR becomes crazy ;)

Disable this option, it is not compatible with Octane.
