I'm sure this has been covered so my apologies for those who will tell me to search the forums but I have been looking for twenty minutes with no luck.
1. When I convert a scene from MR to Octane most of the textures are missing - it's like the octane converter is dumping the diffuse etc - What am I doing wrong?
2. When I plug a daylight in and add a hdri to the "sky" slot in the sunlight object panel - nothing changes - the environment slot is empty - again What am I doing wrong?
Apologies if these have been covered before.
Material converter and sky question.

hi!! just connect the rgb texture/image(octane maps) to skytexture slot in daylight setup directly...not the enviroment node...I think only archdesign materials are automatically converted ...you need convert manualy autodesk mental library.
