never understood how to make a cool fog like that. whay means camera in a bubble?

Is the bubble made of quads or is it a regular sphere?

The fog/smoke in the front is Photoshop work. But the general haze/fog is SSS. There's a lot of threads here on the forum. And some sample scenes I'm pretty sure. Are you C4D-user?
