Guys,
This a practice for a tiny tiny (less than 5m2) bathroom. Three hours rendering time.
The camera already in the shower screen, which is clipped.
Beside composition and modeling, any suggestion for the textures or lighting?
the tiles are so hard to get realistic? any tips to share
Any comments are appropriated. Thanks

Biggest thing I can see is that you need to take smoothing off the mirror surface. The reflection is being affected by it. I thing the same is true for the bit under the sink. Aside from that it looks nice to me, but Im no expert.

Hello, nice work!
I think you should add a node displacement to improve the tiles. The render times should change slightly.
The white material of the furniture is too pearly. Unless it should be so.
Move the cabinet forward, the tiles touch it.
The dresser in the bedroom is too dark, maybe it should be a little more glossy
Three hours of calculation are many for this render, but do not know your hardware!
The kernel is DL Diffuse?

Thanks guys.
Allow me some time and I will try out some of your suggestion.

Scene is ok.
Lighthing is not.
You should work more on lighting depth, like adding fake lights to enhance the contrast between volumes.

Apart from the rendering...
The toilet and sink would be better if you swapped their positions. Normally, a toilet would not have a window behind it - could cause some embarrassment! Also, as it is the sink drawer would create a hazard when opened next to a doorway.

Thanks a lot.
I just come form holiday and saw your comments. Can you get me a bit more details such as add fake lights? Want to improve this shot.
