Those would be under Camera settings. You'd need to create a camera, select said camera, then either look through the Parameters or Cameras pane to find the settings for the Octane Camera (it's depends on the information from the Daz camera, and has a great assortment of options).
Looks like this:

The camera icon in the top right of the OctaneRender viewport will also give you quick access menu with Focal Length, F/Stop and Motion Blur settings.
Where are the Carma settings, in DAZ? Or in Octane, I cant find that TAB you showed in the screen shot above

In Daz Studio, top toolbar, click Window->Panes->Cameras or Parameters (which you use is your preference), the cameras pane shows nothing but info for the currently selected camera, the parameters pane displays... well, parameters for whatever object you currently have selected. It'll pop up in a small window, if you grab the tab itself, you can dock the pane wherever you prefer.

You can adjust all the camera settings in DS. Click on the camera and then adjust the OR parameter settings. You can make global adjustments to ISO and other film settings in the render tab. If you want focus set to infinity then that can be adjusted in DS too.
