Maybe check your model scale. It's a little bit small. The camera is giving huge DOF effect and makes your scene looks like miniture model. Maybe play around with your camera setting a little too.

hi,

After a pause, I decided to completely redo the house.

now it's bigger.

here is a view from the inside. I need to add few thing's inside then i'm gonna do the outside.

I'm not quite satisfied with the quality of the render. it's doesn't look like photorealist.

my floor is too reflective i think.

i add to find another setting.

render information :

pathtracing
maxdepht : 8
maxsamples : 16000

This must be in wrong scale, there's no way it would look like such miniature with any of DOF settings.
Are your import settings correct ?

i'm using Blender with those settings

i choose 1BU (Blender Unit) = 1M (Meter).

in Octane, in the Obj Mesh Import Preferences, it's set to meters 2 meters.

i think that something goes wrong but i don't know where.

Ot - a scale helper would be useful imho, like a math object with known octane measures. E.g., a sphere node with customizable radius.
