I tried using the AF and pick focus but I don't see any difference for the scene I am using. I saw a video showing focus pulling. I didn't see that I was doing something wrong, so I wanted to check is it in the 32bit demo or not?

Does Focus work in the 32 bit demo?

I tried in 64bit demo and I can click on a model using the AF picker, then scroll middle mouse to zoom out and this gives defocusing reasonably well.

Radiance can correct me, but I am pretty sure it is in the 32-bit version. I use it quite a bit on a couple of systems I am running that don't have licenses attached to them and have never had a problem with it.

AF should work fine, you just need to make sure you're scale of your scene is correct, eg your scene needs to be imported in meters.
increase the aperture radius on the camera settings to make it more apparent...
