You need to email them and email them and email them. Otoy doesn't give a shit about customer service at all and it shows. I wouldn't be surprised if they only had one support person for the whole company. It's not where they put their efforts. If you ask them a question they just tell you to ask the question in the forum ( at least that is what they told me to do ) Which I am totally fine with... Octane is awesome. It really has changed this whole world that many of us work or play in. I just wish it worked with Daz like it said it would when I paid for it. Thats what the frustrating part is.... we are so damn close but not there. if they could just get animation to work and the whole weird compatibility issues i dont care about the other bugs i could live with it.
